5 Star Servants

Tier B

Richard I arrives at Chaldea nearly a year earlier than expected thanks to the Fate/strange Fake premiere. He is an AoE Buster Saber who is 3-turn loop capable thanks to his 30% NP charge. He also has a wealth of Crit-related buffs that make his Buster Cards in particular very effective, and can also ramp multiple stacks of Crit Damage buffs from successive uses of his NP. He is capable of a bit of party support, with party wide ATK, NP Gain, and Star Drop Rate buffs, and an ally-targetable Cooldown reduction skill. He has many self-targeted buffs as well, including Quick/Arts/Buster, NP Damage, Buster Star Gather, and Buster Crit Damage buffs, along with the ability to gain a flat sum of Stars and also buff his Star Drop Rate with normal attacks. His NP provides a 3-turn Crit Damage buff for himself in addition to debuffing all enemies with Quick/Arts/Buster Resist down and Burn. The AoE Buster Saber role is a rather crowded one, and Richard is perfectly serviceable in the role, although his damage lands in the middle of the pack. Masters in need of an AoE Buster Saber will find Richard to be more than capable, although if Masters already have other options available, he does little to stand out amongst the competition.
