Tier B > B

Jacques received a skill upgrade during the FGO Arcade Collab event, which adds the ability to apply Curse with normal attacks to her third skill. This is a handy upgrade that allows her to more easily take advantage of her Curse Special ATK bonus, and is helpful to her overall performance. However, this does not particularly change her damage ceiling, and rather just gives her easier access to it; it was agreed that her tier remains unchanged for now.

Tier C > C

Nightingale's upgrade to her Angel's Cry skill now provides additional Buster Critical support, providing both a burst of Stars and a small Buster Crit Damage buff targeted to an ally. On top of the generous Buster buffs, this further bolsters her niche as a Buster support as an additional minor Buster Crit support. The values for the Buster Crit buff are somewhat small however (30% maximum), making her not as favorable compared to other more dedicated support options. Her tier remains the same for the time being.

Tier A > A

Mordred's latest Mana Burst upgrade increases both her own ATK and Buster Crit Strength for three turns at modest values. This cements her status as one of the top AoE Buster Sabers available in the roster, improving her overall firepower and critical performance. However, most staff believed this did not put her significantly above other options such as Altria or Altera to warrant the next tier above, so her tier remains the same for now.

4 Star Servants

Tier B > A

Gilgamesh's latest upgrade gives him a self NP charge of up to 30%, combined with a party charge of 20%. This gives himself a whopping 50% NP charge, a rarity among SR Servants, and also gives him a coveted 20% charge skill for the party, giving him good utility in a multi damage dealer setup. This is a substantial upgrade that improves his overall ease of use and party viability, and he was given a tier upgrade as a result.

Tier C+ > C+

Altria Lancer Alter gets an upgrade to her Charisma skill, increasing its effect to the more standard 10-20% for the party. Additionally, she now gains an Anti-Lawful and Anti-Good niche for herself, which further increases her damage against a selection of enemies. However, the upgrade is not particularly huge, and in practice her gameplay remains mostly unchanged.

Tier B > B+

Nero's latest upgrade improves her imperial privilege skill, giving it a Star Regen effect of 10 Stars each turn for three turns, and a self Arts buff of up to 30% value also for 3 turns. This gives her respectable damage after the upgrade, and also gives her a tad more critical potential. The overall buff to her offensive performance, further amplified by her NP's ability to innately ignore DEF, makes her a much stronger AoE Saber option.

Tier C > C

Eli Halloween's latest upgrade gives her first skill better values for Star Regen and HP recovery, as well as two new effects - the ability to remove 1 buff from all enemies, and if the removal succeeds, she can gain 20% NP charge while debuffing their crit rate by 10% for every enemy affected. Since some of the effects are conditional, her ability to charge her NP gauge is not necessarily always applicable. As a result it was agreed her overall tier does not change. Even so, the buff is welcome, and sorely needed for a Servant released so early in the game's life cycle.

Tier C > C

Eli Brave gets a nice upgrade to her ST Buster NP, increasing its damage by 200% across the board. Additionally, she now inflicts the Spreading Fire debuff, which amplifies any burn damage dealt every turn. The damage boost is welcome, although the Burn Damage Up effect is a bit more niche and less effective in practice in most scenarios. Overall, it was agreed her tier remain the same.

Tier C > C

Oda Nobunaga's original Archer form gets an upgrade to her first skill, giving her more supportive capacity. She now provides 3-turn Buster and NP Damage buffs to all allies at modest values (up to 20% each). However, this doesn't quite make her a favorable pick over more dedicated supports, although it will give Masters who are dedicated to Nobunaga a better time. She now makes for another Buster/NP Damage support option at SR party cost if the Master is in need of one. However, it was generally agreed that her tier does not change; in most cases one would not take her as a supportive option over more dedicated supports.
