Introduction
The New Year's 2025 Campaign brings a new Servant:
Grigori Rasputin
Note Some Servants will be tiered later that have had recent Rank Ups.
All Servants that were discussed for tier placement or movement are detailed below.
Staff were allowed to assign the following scores.
After some debate, the staff generally agreed to have only EX-/A+/B+/C+/D+ tiers aside from the standard EX/A/B/C/D/E, so for the purposes of tiering the average scores were then rounded to the closest score to obtain the final tier as below. 
As a result, any A-/B-/C-/D-/E+/E- votes, after averaging, would round out to the next closest tier.
5 Star Servants
Grigori Rasputin
Tier A
Yorokobe, Shounen. Rasputin arrives, hosted by a rather familiar face from the Church. He is an AoE Arts Alter Ego damage dealer with a rather unique chance-based unlimited Guts ability. His third skill applies two stacks of Guts to himself, one which always succeeds 1 time, and another which has up to an 80% chance of success and has unlimited uses across 3 turns. Additionally, this applies Taunt to himself, attracting attention to himself. When combined with Guts, he can act as a particularly durable shield for the party since in most cases, if Guts activates on a Servant with Taunt active, the enemy's turn immediately ends. Separately, he also has a targetable heal and debuff clear effect, self Arts and ATK buffs, and a handy 30% self NP Charge skill that also gives 20% charge to all Evil allies (resulting in a total of 50% for himself). His NP also deals supereffective damage against Evil enemies (which some other Servants can apply to enemies), and can inflict Instant Death on Good enemies, while also applying Burn, Curse, and Burn Damage / Curse Damage Up effects. He also has a niche but situationally useful immunity to Poison in his passive skillset. With his innate NP charge and decent NP hitcounts, he is capable of looping his NP with the help of premiere Arts Supports. Taken together, he is a unique and effective damage dealer option that provides utility unlike any other.
