Introduction
The latest event release introduces a new Servant:
Pope Johanna
All Servants that were discussed for tier placement or movement are detailed below.
Staff were allowed to assign the following scores.
After some debate, the staff generally agreed to have only EX-/A+/B+/C+/D+ tiers aside from the standard EX/A/B/C/D/E, so for the purposes of tiering the average scores were then rounded to the closest score to obtain the final tier as below. 
As a result, any A-/B-/C-/D-/E+/E- votes, after averaging, would round out to the next closest tier.
5 Star Servants

Tier B+
Pope Johanna, the Valentine's 2025 Servant, is a Ruler Class Servant with a damaging AoE Arts NP and a mostly support-oriented skill set. She boasts among some of the strongest Arts Crit support for a single ally, with her first skill providing powerful Arts Star Gather, Crit Damage, and Star Regen effects. She also provides a party-wide NP Regen effect of up to 20% Gauge per turn across 3 turns, effectively providing a total of 60% charge to the party, although with a delay. She also has party-wide ATK and Arts buffs, and an additional self-NP charge of up to 30%. She provides some measure of utility to the party as well, with 1-time Debuff Immunity and Damage Cut across three turns. Finally, her NP itself inflicts the Nullify Buff effect, and has bonus damage against both Evil alignment and Human attribute enemies. However, she faces some notable weaknesses. Given her low ATK stat, her damage can be somewhat underwhelming when not facing enemies with her NP's target traits, and her skill cooldowns are also remarkably long. Being in a highly competitive Arts support niche, she can be somewhat difficult to slot into a team, but her damage-dealing NP and party-wide NP Regen lends to decent performance in multi-damage dealer setups and good looping performance. If Masters already have other Arts Supports, she may not be as high priority, although if looking for an Arts Crit support, or an off-damage dealer who can also lend support to the team, she fills the roles well.
