When allied Mash Kyrielight appears, she will activate the following effect:
- Countermeasure: Threat to Humanity: Increase her Damage against enemies with [Threat to Humanity] trait by 50% [Permanent, Unremovable], NP Gauge by 30% and Increase her NP Gauge by 20% every turn [Permanent, Unremovable].
From the second turn, every three turns NPC Kukulcan will grant the effect [Mighty Heart Antibody] to all allied Servants:
- Mighty Heart Antibody: Increase Attack by 20%, increase Special Resistance against enemies with [Threat to Humanity] by 30%, increase Debuff Resistance by 50% and increase Max HP by 5,000. (3 turns)
Every multiple of 5 turns, during the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 6th HP bar of the boss, NPC Kukulcan will appear on field after Command Card selection and will use her NP on the boss.
During ORT Xibalba's last HP Bar, if any allied Servant die to the Instant Kill effect of ORT Xibalba, all other allied Servants will be granted the effect [The People Who Cross The Border - Chaldea]:
- The People Who Cross The Border - Chaldea: Increase Attack by 20%, NP Damage by 20%, Damage by 10%, Defense by 10%. At the end of every turn, increase Max HP by 30% and NP Gauge by 5%. [Permanent, Unremovable]

ORT Xibalba Normal Attack will hit all enemies. Have 4 actions per turn, but only use 3 actions on the turn that it use Noble Phantasm or is Skill Sealed. At the start of every turn, if it is not Skill Sealed and its NP Bar is not full, it will use the skill [Aether Drinking] Aether Drinking: 30% chance to reduce all enemies NP Gauge by 20%. If successfully reduce at least one enemy's NP Gauge, increase own NP Bar by 1. If there is a different Battlefield in effect, it will use the skill [Starling Invade]. [Starling Invade]: Remove all Battlefield Types. Seal all Battlefield Change effects for 3 turns. If it does not currently have the effect of [Ernst Union], it will trigger this effect: Ernst Union: When attacking, randomly inflict one of the following stackable statuses on the targets: Poison (500 Damage per turn, 3 turns) Burn (500 Damage per turn, 3 turns) Curse (500 Damage per turn, 3 turns) Defense Reduction (10%, 3 turns) HP Recovery Reduction (50%, 3 turns) If the enemies do not currently have the [Order Change Sealed] effect, it will trigger the [Revolution Web] effect: Revolution Web: Inflict [Order Change Sealed] on all enemies for 3 turns. When there is a debuff on self, it will activate the effect [Paradox Compensation] Paradox Compensation: Remove all debuffs from self and increase own Attack by 20% (3 turns). If it does not currently have the effect of [Paradigm Expansion], it will trigger this effect: Paradigm Expansion: Apply trait to self (3 turns): Whenever enemies use a skill, increase own Attack by 20% (2 times, 2 turns). Special Skill: Dark Matter Plankton: 50% chance to absorb one Offensive Buff and 50% chance to absorb one Defensive Buff from an enemy.
