5 Star Servants

Tier A+
Larva / Tiamat joins the roster as a Buster AoE Alter Ego, fully capable of looping with the premiere Buster supports while offering a plethora of useful effects in her kit. For her own NP looping performance, she provides herself with up to 60% NP Gauge on demand, has a 5% NP regen passive, and her NP also provides sizable Buster buffs to herself that stack and last for 3 turns. Her third skill is notable for having as low as 2-turn cooldown at max level, giving her access to party-wide HP restoration, 10% NP Gauge, and an NP Damage buff every other turn (or even more frequently, if cooldown reduction is available). She also has ATK buffs for herself, essentially giving herself access to all three offensive buff types. Utility-wise, she provides 100% reduction in Crit Rate against all enemies, can disable enemy healing, has a chance-based Stun, can Curse and Skill Seal enemies, and can clear her own debuffs with every NP usage. All of these effects taken together with her excellent looping performance make her a great party member for both farming and challenge quests. Due to her Class, she may not be the best choice against any Saber/Lancer/Archer/Pretender enemies, but works wonderfully against most other types of waves. Masters who are graced with the presence of the Primordial Mother will be sure to reap her bountiful benefits, especially if she is accompanied by powerful Buster Supports.

Tier A

Sodom's Beast / Draco is the first Beast Class Servant to join the playable Servant roster. Her Special Class gives her both offensive and defensive advantage against all 7 Basic Classes, while she is disadvantaged against all Extra Classes. She has a unique and effective set of skills along with a single target Arts NP. Although she has no instant NP charge in her kit, she has two sources of NP Gauge per turn, giving herself up to 30% per turn from her skills (30% across 3 turns, and then 10% until turn 6). She also has a special buff unique to her provided by her second skill, which unlocks seven buffs tied to her third skill. These include Special ATK vs Dragon and Roman, Star Regen, Debuff Immunity, Ignore DEF, increased Healing Received, and the aforementioned NP Regen. She also has a self ATK buff and Skill Seal / Burn effects as additional utility on her second skill, although in exchange it charges all enemies' NP Gauge by 1 as a demerit. Her first skill is the source of her lengthy 10% NP regen effect that lasts 6 turns, and comes with a 6-time Crit Damage buff and 6-time Damage Cut buff.

Her NP is a straightforward damage nuke on a single target with bonus damage vs any Basic Class Servant (Saber/Archer/Lancer/Rider/Caster/Assassin/Berserker). Something niche but notable is that any debuffs she applies also are generally unmitigated by Debuff Resistance due to her passives, so she can ensure a Skill Seal or Burn effect will stick to the enemy. Given how powerful her skills are, they understandably have a longer skill cooldown in exchange. Despite this, she is a powerful boss crusher for most scenarios due to the prevalence of enemies belonging to one of the Basic Classes. She also performs very well in challenge quests due to a plethora of utility effects she provides. Given her Arts typing, her refund on her 8-hit NP is notable and only further improved by her NP regen effects, making her a force to be reckoned with, especially with any premiere Arts Support in the party. Masters need look no further than Draco for their basic boss disposal needs.

4 Star Servants

Tier B+

Locusta is a poison-focused ST Arts Assassin. Her NP has the unique effect of dealing additional damage for every poison stack active on the enemy (capping out at 10 stacks). Her NP itself will add 1 stack of poison before dealing damage, and also buffs her Arts performance before damage, while inflicting the Poison Damage Up debuff after damage. Within her own kit, she has two additional sources of inflicting poison, including an AoE poison on her first skill and the ability to apply Poison with normal attacks using her third skill. Aside from this, she has a notable party-wide 20% NP charge skill, making her much easier to slot in almost any part in need of charge support. To further support her NP generation, she has a self NP Gain buff as well, although it does not quite offset her inherently low NP Gain stats. Offense-wise, she has a self Arts buff; defensively she has a Guts and extremely minor Damage Cut effect, and can uniquely poison herself and convert poison damage to healing. Due to her easy access to a special ATK modifier for her NP, she deals respectable damage as an ST Arts Assassin. She does suffer from a slower playstyle due to relying on stacking poison, and also has somewhat low NP gain, which can sometimes make filling her NP gauge a struggle. However, especially with Arts support, Locusta has among higher damage ceilings among the ST Assassins, especially for an SR Servant, and also makes for a decent addition to any team because of her party wide NP charge.

Tier B

Setanta, the welfare of the FGO Arcade Collab event, is an ST Quick Saber with a focus on dealing critical hits. He comes with an array of offense oriented buffs, including ATK, Quick, and anti-Wild Beast bonus damage for himself. His crit-related effects include up to 20 Stars on demand, a Crit Damage buff, and Star Gather Rate buffs for himself. He also has the ability to clear his own debuffs and has a 2-time, 3-turn Evade skill. His NP applies Sure Hit before dealing DEF-ignoring damage, and also further debuffs DEF for the enemy for 3 turns. Taken together, his skill set is relatively simple but effective, making him a great Saber choice to keep in mind if an enemy Wild Beast needs dispatching, or even in general as a strong Crit-focused damage dealer. Although he has steep competition in the ST Quick Saber department, even from other Welfare Servants, he distinguishes himself with his niche. Masters who are fans of Cu Chulainn will not want to miss picking up his younger, in-training form.

Tier List Movements

5 Star Servants

Tier B+ > B+

Da Vinci's Arcade Collab prerelease campaign buffs increases her supportive capacity by giving NP Overcharge for allies and making all of Guts / DEF / NP Damage buffs targetable to an ally (and no longer chance based). The boost in utility for her first skill from this upgrade is great for da Vinci fans, although it does not quite change her performance ceiling overall and rather makes her usage in parties more flexible.

Tier B+ > A

The First Hassan finally gains an NP Battery of his own during the FGO Arcade Collab prerelease. He can charge his own NP by up to 30% with the latest upgrade, and his self Buster buff additional now lasts a full 3 turns instead of 1 turn. A more niche upgrade is that the Instant Death Resist debuff's value is doubled, up from 50-100% to 100-200%, which helps improve the chances of his NP instantly killing for enemies it can apply to. First Hassan has always been a sleeper last stand Servant option that has only gotten more powerful over time, and the upgrade further solidifies his consistency across turns while also giving him a much needed boost to his NP access.

Tier B > B+

EMIYA Alter's upgrade with the CBC2025 event gives him a coveted self NP charge of up to 30% in value. Additionally, all of his Card buffs have increased duration, changing from 1 turn to 3 times, 3 turns. The NP battery provided by his upgrade is a huge boon to his overall effectiveness, giving him easier access to his NP, and the duration buff helps address the issues he had with his offensive buff uptime.
