NPC Gareth: Lv80 NP5 10/10/10; CE: Start NP +50%, NP Gain +50%.
At the start of the battle, the following effect will trigger:
- One Who Has Reached Human Limit: Increase Percival Arts cards effectiveness by 50% and Attack by 100%. [Permanent, Unremovable]
