Fate/Samurai Remnant - Tier List Change Log

Introduction

• The latest Fate/Samurai Remnant Collab Event introduces several new Servants:
• Minamoto-no-Raikou / Ushi Gozen
• Yui Shousetsu
• Miyamoto Iori

• All Servants that were discussed for tier placement or movement are detailed below.

5 Star Servants

Tier B+

Minamoto-no-Raikou's inner cursed sibling Ushi Gozen comes to the surface during the Fate/Samurai Remnant collab. She is an AoE Quick Avenger, and boasts bonus damage against two common traits: Earth attribute and Demonic trait. She also has decent Crit Damage buffs totaling 80% within her kit, 20% per Quick Card used, and 20% Quick Crit Damage from her passive. Due to her multihitting Quick AoE NP, she has no issues with generating Stsars. Additionally, she has the ever desirable 50% NP charge for herself, giving her ease of access to her NP. Other offensive buffs in her kit include Quick/Buster/NP Damage buffs. Finally, her NP has a niche but sometimes useful chance to Stun enemies. However, her NP refund can be somewhat inconsistent, making her looping a little bit more expensive. However, she is among the strongest AoE Avenger options with wide trait coverage, making her a great general purpose farmer.

4 Star Servants

Tier B

Yui Shousetsu is an Arts Support Caster from the Fate/Samurai Collab. She has a relatively unique NP that heals and gives buffs depending on what Card buffs are active on the target. She can improves ATK if Quick buffs are active, Crit Damage if Arts buffs are active, and NP Damage if Buster buffs are active. Her kit, however, only provides Arts buffs and no Quick/Buster buffs, making it so that allies must provide the other buffs to fully benefit from her NP. Her supportive arsenal includes a 20% party NP charge, NP damage, Stars per turn, and Arts / Crit Damage buffs for a single ally. She also has a self 30% NP charger, Guts, self HP regen, self Debuff Immunity, and a mostly forgettable ATK debuff on all enemies. Her full potential as a support is locked behind her NP levels, although she can repeatedly stack NP Damage +30% and ATK +30% with multiple NP uses, making her offensive support potentially extremely powerful. However, it can be difficult to work around the restrictions of requiring Buster and Quick buffs from allies, making her somewhat difficult to use compared to other Arts Supports.

Tier A

Miyamoto Iori is the welfare Servant of the Fate/Samurai Remnant collab. He is an ST Buster Saber, with potent Critical damage potential. His skill kit's crit-related abilities are numerous, from 3-turn Star Gather Rate, Crit Damage, Stars per turn, as well as instant Stars from both his second skill and his NP. As a Buster Servant, he has a coveted 30% NP charge skill, allowing him to loop with double Koyanskaya Oberon as well. Other offensive buffs include Quick/Arts/Buster buffs. Utility-wise, he has Sure Hit tied to his NP and can also inflict Burn with a skill. Defensively, he has a 2-time, 3-turn Evade, a minor Damage Cut, and up to 50% mental debuff resistance. Taken together, he is a well rounded and powerful Buster Crit Saber with great burst damage, and is definitely worth picking up for Masters active during his Event.
