Apparently, this is a recreation of the meals Yamato Takeru enjoyed during the Waxing Moon Ritual in the past. According to Beni-Enma, Emiya, and others, the rice is cooked in the Edo style. Natto in your miso soup is optional. ...It seems that once the Japanese Heroic Spirits got wind of this present, it was added to the cafeteria's breakfast menu as the Edo-style Breakfast Set by popular request.
